I'm at the College! I used to work at Future Publishing, so that's the three IT jobs in Bath summed up!

2 Shoots for my feature Motus Illumina, one shoot will be a three day shoot on a beach and the other a 4 day shoot at a chapel

Also,

Music Promo - 2 day shoot

plus producing sitcom pilot for miker of this board which will be filming later summer

plus tons of little bits and pieces here and there

Il postino and I are currently in pre-production on a DV short. Just trying to convince the railway station to let us shoot on it (nothing major, no shutting down). They say the script might not be suitable for their commuters, just because I kill a guy with a train, can you imagine!

You boys from Bath uni, I'll be up that way July 13th (MOD sports day). Maybe I'll see ya.

I'm just finishing the editing of my film. One festival I'm submiting it to has it's deadline on saturday- so it's tight- but I'll make it- just hope they like it. After this I will either be producing a film for my cameraman/ editor or going of to Africa to film a documentary. Or another documentary that my uncle wants me to make. Either way I'm pretty busy and pretty poor- but that's life

I'm still trying to get my first short shown at festivals in Toronto. Turned down by the first two, but there are about 4 more this summer that I will be applying for. If that doesn't work out, it's going straight to video, direct mail order distribution by myself. I've gotten a few E-mails from folks who want to see it, but I've told them all to hold on for a while, trying to get it into the fests.

I'm shooting my next short in July (a 3-day shoot, altogether), the second movie in my "Paranoia" trilogy called A MINOR PHOBIA (the first being MR BLACK TAKES A SHOWER).

I'll be rehearsing with my actors soon for the aforementioned sitcom that Chance is producing (just gotta squeeze out the final touches to the script)

In the background I'm also keeping tabs on what's happening with the various places my short Ad-Astra has/will be submitted to (thanks Joe - you did get the tapes?)

I'm also wondering at the feasibility of finally getting round to pushing for production my feature 'Crooked Features' which could easily be shot on DV ... just need to find a mountain-bike stunt demon and an old warehouse somewhere ... and polish the script (again) naturally.

Slightly off-topic, but still related, I am assessing Linux as an alternative OS to be using for my office and post-production needs. Promising so far, I have software to write scripts with, and am investigating how easily it might be to run VegasVideo and Premiere6.0 on Linux and whether speeds would be up to scratch.
